If i make a dua that ya allah give me shifa, keep me safe, and then with this niyat i want to give some money, 1. Now my question is that is this money is considered wajib or nafil sadaqa, 2. is it different from nazar sadaqa as i am not saying that i will give money when i get shifa instead i just prayed to allah and then give this money. 3. Is this money can be given to madjid, madrassa or family.

With the words mentioned in Your question, ‘Nazar’ do not apply. So it is ‘NafalSadqa’. NafalSadqa can be given to any one, may that be a poor person or rich one, your own relative or any unknown person. However, it is more preferable to be given to a relative who is Faqeer and needy. It can also be given in masjid and madrassa.
